As an IT support technician (m/f/d), you will strengthen our team in Munich and create a wow effect for our customers. As part of 1st and 2nd level support, you will process tickets and create enthusiasm on site with your service-oriented approach:

This is what you will do with us

  • You are the contact person for all technical inquiries as well as problems and ensure smiling faces by your creative solution finding
  • You will be responsible for the installation of hardware and software as well as the configuration of networks and will actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
  • You analyze and document the occurring system and application errors

What you bring with you

  • You are a trained IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a tech-savvy career changer (m/f/d)
  • Experience in IT support and in dealing with ticket systems
  • Software + hardware knowledge in second level
  • Experience and knowledge in the Microsoft environment
  • Strong communication skills and good English skills
